Responsibilities:

- Administration of shipment documents
- Consult and collaborate with sales, production, and the shipping team to schedule carriers.
- Communicating and schedule with transport companies for load pick-up
- Ensuring that all items are counted for accuracy and shipping documentation is completed for a timely delivery.
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory and update records
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts
- Support and back up for export desk

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in transportation and logistics administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
