**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory and Invoicing:_
- Prepares inventory uploads into inventory system.
- Completes daily invoicing from processing plant and warehouse sites through scanning technology
- Maintains inventory integrity at the Plant and cold storage sites with biweekly/monthly inventory checks.
- Provides shipment documentation to end customers from the plant.
- Ensures monthly inventory levels are accurate for month end and quarter end reporting.
- Warehouse:_
- Oversees the warehouse team personnel - responsible for division of duties, performance and oversight to achieve company objectives and order fulfillment
- Handles all western 3rd party warehouses - communication, inbound/outbound order entry, inventory management.
- Works with the Plant manager on warehouse costs and ensures they are as cost effective as possible for company needs.
- Ensures inventory levels are accurate and in line with inventory system as per monthly and year end counts.
- Works with the processing plant to ensure inventory levels at the remain accurate.
- Works with 3rd party storage for weekly Beretta based business, order set up and inventory management as well as corresponding order logistics.
- Logistics:_
- Handles all logistics bookings out of the onsite and cold storage warehouses.
- Reviews In/Out tracker and sets up loads that have reached capacity.
- Experience with carriers and set up (old and new) for most cost-effective shipping options.

Qualifications:
Expected hours: 40 per week
