Sales Assistant/executive Store Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in achieving store sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
2. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Support the store management team in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
7. Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
8. Actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
9. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage customer data, track sales performance, and generate reports.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and market developments.
**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and close deals.
5. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
7. High level of initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
9. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends as required.
10. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
