**Join our Mayfield Dinner Theatre team as a Busser specifically for Wednesday and Sunday shifts. The shifts are**:Sunday PM's and Wednesday for either brunch or dinner. (9am-3:30pm / 5pm - 11pm)

**Basic Purpose**:
To provide excellent service to customers by providing efficient table clearing and assisting Servers.

**Major Responsibilities and Duties (to fulfill major purpose)**:
1. Meet and exceed customer and team member expectations by providing superior service and teamwork

2. Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors

3. Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed

4. Handle difficult situations effectively

5. Meet superior food and beverage service etiquette standards

6. Clear dishes and silverware from all tables in assigned section

7. Contribute to customer satisfaction by attending to customer needs

8. Attend to all tables during intermission by providing table clearance, beverage refills, and other guest needs

9. Complete daily side duties as assigned

10. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures

11. Minimize waste and breakage to increase hotel profitability

12. Assist server with set up of all tables for assigned work area

13. Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance

14. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position

15. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate

16. Project a favourable image of SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts to the public at all times according to company standards

17. Consistently demonstrates SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts values - Engagement, Quality, Performance, Growth, and Integrity

**Working Conditions**:

- Walking, standing and carrying objects
- Push, pull and carry up to 25 lbs
- Evening and weekend shifts with flexibility required based on business needs

**Experience, Training and Education (demonstrating requirements)**:

- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage outlet required
- Must be available to work Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday 5 pm to 11:30 pm

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $15.38 per hour
