L’équipe de marketing et de produit de Kamik sont à la recherche d’un/e coordonnateur/trice Marketing & Produit qui supportera les activités des départements.

**Responsabilités**:

- Les tâches principales du poste seront : être la liaison interdépartementale, générer des rapports compétitifs, coordonner et supporter les étapes du développement des produits.
- C’est une position unique qui présente les avantages de travailler dans un environnement multidisciplinaire : assister les équipes dans l’idéation des produits jusqu’à la planification de la mise en marché en passant par l’échantillonnage.

**_Fonctions relevant du département Marketing : _**
- Coordonner la planification mensuelle du contenu numériques (médias social, courriel, web, digital) en partenariat avec l'équipe marketing;
- Rédaction de sommaires cohérents avec la marque, la stratégie, l’image, les objectifs et les produits clés;
- Travailler avec le Coordonnateur de Marque sur les besoins de rédaction et création de contenu;
- Développer des partenariats efficaces avec les départements de Marketing, Produit, Conception et Service à la clientèle;
- Coordonner toutes les demandes d'échantillons et de produits pour les séances photo et autres situations relatives aux relations publiques en assurant une livraison en temps opportun;
- Être à l’affut des tendances et de la culture populaire qui pourrait influencer les habitudes de consommation.

**_Fonctions relevant du département de Produit : _**
- Contribuer à la création d'une narration captivante pour les produits et collections clés;
- Participer à la recherche concurrentielle : positionnement de la marque, produit, tarification et marketing;
- Assister la chef de produit dans le développement journalier: organisation documentaire, mémos, etc ;
- Recueillir, analyser et résumer les données pour appuyer le développement de produits;
- Assurer l’exactitude des données relatives aux gammes de produits
- Révision des catalogues de produits et de l’information s’y apparentant

**Qualifications **Requises**:

- Baccalauréat en marketing, en affaires ou dans un autre domaine connexe;
- 1 à 2 années d'expérience de travail en marketing, en produit ou en marque; expérience dans l’industrie de la chaussure un atout;
- Compréhension des techniques de marketing standard;
- Connaissance de la vente au détail serait un atout majeur;
- Compréhension de base des méthodologies de recherche et de leur utilisation;
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Drive et Google Tools;
- Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs projets dans un environnement dynamique;
- Gestion du temps et compétences quantitatives;
- Pensée analytique et stratégique;
- Proactif et diligent - voir les défis comme des opportunités et les traduire en éléments exploitables;
- Expérience en développement de produits et médias sociaux (atout);
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est requise (oral et écrit);
- Esprit d’équipe est important.

Kamik is looking for a Product and Marketing Coordinator to join our team to support the day-to-day and long term Product and Marketing functions

**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Primarily, they will be the liaison between both departments, creating compelling competitive reports, brand insights, coordinating and supporting major and minor development milestones.
- This is truly a unique position with the best of both worlds: assisting the teams from product ideation, to the final samples and presentations, to assisting in the go-to market planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Function**:_
- Create detailed briefs aligned with the brand’s overarching content direction, tone of voice, brand objectives and hero products;
- Align with Brand Coordinator on copywriting and content creation needs;
- Develop effective relationships and partnerships with the Marketing, Product, Design and Customer Service teams;l
- Coordinate all sample and product requests for photoshoots and other public relations activations ensuring a timely delivery;
- Maintain constant pulse on pop culture and lifestyle moments that will influence future consumer behaviour, positioning/storytelling;
- **Product Function**:_
- Contribute to building compelling storytelling for key products and collections;
- Assist with competitive research: brand positioning, product, pricing, and marketing.
- Assist in the day-to-day line development for products with the Product Manager, including document maintenance, update memos, etc;
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data in support of product develop
