Introduction:
Okanagan Property Management specializes in short-term Airbnb management services in the beautiful Okanagan region. We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and gain valuable experience in the property management industry.

**Job Description**:
As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental property management services. You will work closely with our property managers to ensure efficient and effective management of our Airbnb listings, providing excellent customer service to both property owners and guests. This position is part-time initially, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Guest Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Address guest concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

Property Maintenance: Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services for our Airbnb properties. Schedule cleaners, contractors, and other service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guest arrivals. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve any issues.

Listings Management: Assist in creating and optimizing property listings on Airbnb and other online platforms. Ensure accurate and up-to-date property information, including descriptions, photos, and pricing. Monitor and adjust listing performance based on market trends and guest feedback.

Bookkeeping and Administrative Tasks: Assist with financial management tasks, including tracking rental income, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Reservation Management: Coordinate bookings, handle calendar management, and update availability across various platforms. Monitor reservation requests and ensure timely communication with guests and property owners.

**Requirements**:
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with guests, property owners, and team members. Attention to detail and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally is crucial.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently with mínimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of responsibilities.

Flexibility and Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, to accommodate guest needs and property emergencies.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
