Floor Department Lead Needed for Sample Sale

A StyleDemocracy Warehouse Sale is coming to Mississauga
- StyleDemocracy is North America’s leading Sample + Warehouse Sale event management company for top global fashion brands
- We are looking for an experienced and outgoing event and retail Floor Department Lead to work this exciting event with an amazing brand
- The sale is from August 21 - August 27, and the hours are 12 hour shifts daily
- Please note: This is not a full-time job - it is only for the days of operations listed. You must have full time availability.

**Responsibilities (current)**
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of floor
- Setting up the floor based on floor plan in coordination with event manager
- Merchandising the product onto the floor
- Training staff on how to build the floor ie. where to sort and merchandise the product
- Assisting floor staff with customer service issues
- Assisting customers directly with product knowledge or any issue or inquiry they may have
- Maintaining organization of the sorting station and ensuring putbacks are continually being recycled back onto the floor
- Maintaining sales floor based on changes of floor plan throughout the sale week and in coordination with the management team and Back of House Lead
- Communicating with the other leads in relation to staff rotating roles based on needs, floor plan changes, and any other areas of coordination

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4V 1E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
