Decor Floors, a family-owned business, has been delivering top-notch flooring solutions to residential, commercial, insurance, and builder/contractor clientele since 2001. We are currently in search of seasoned flooring sales representatives to join our team.
The responsibilities of the Sales Representative are outlined below, encompassing but not limited to:
- Proactively nurturing professional and enthusiastic relationships with customers to enhance retention, satisfaction, and drive sales.
- Establishing a referral network to cultivate new sales opportunities.
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries, diligently researching, resolving, and following up on all concerns.
- Evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations and solutions.
- Expertly collaborating with customers to address queries and adeptly handle escalations.
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of our products and pricing, demonstrating technical proficiency in product understanding.
- Competitively benchmarking products.
- Conducting measurements for both residential and commercial job sites and offering estimates.
- Proficiently interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High energy levels and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Dependable, reliable, adaptable, with sound judgment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and excel in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the flooring industry.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation, capable of thriving independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
- Competence with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel, with basic computer literacy.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
