Responsibilities: As a Lighting Control Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced lighting control systems to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their specific lighting control requirements and designing tailored solutions.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting lighting control systems, including hardware and software components.
- Conducting on-site assessments and system audits to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements.
- Providing technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site, to ensure seamless operation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lighting control systems.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the province.
- Comfort with overnight travel, typically required once a month, to support clients and projects.
- Experience in electrical work or IT, with a solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate system installation and configuration.
- Adaptability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in lighting control systems or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability to work from either our Calgary or Edmonton office as needed.
