The role will be 65% business partnership with Data and Analytics, 15% coaching & management with 20% for ad-hoc and strategic projects.

**What will you do?**
- Assume the role of “mini-CFO” for the D&A team
- Manage the strategic planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting cycles
- Collaborate with other DBTS Finance Managers during reporting, forecasting and budgeting cycle - team player to help achieve collective organizational targets
- Partner with D&A team in expense optimization and creating financial capacity in order for the team to achieve their objectives

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Accounting designation (CPA) with progressive experience within the financial management functions
- Proven track record of partnering with and influencing business units to drive results
- Ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges
- Extensive experience in building and operating financial controls and analysis
- Experience in working with large, complex organizations
- Prior experience in supporting IT organizations is an asset
