**_Role Impact: _**

CF is looking for a student with a positive attitude to take on assigned tasks with a customer-service oriented focus. As a co-op providing support you’ll be involved in numerous innovative projects that are bringing CF to the forefront in marketing technology. You will have exposure to various stakeholders and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and technically rewarding environment.

**_ What you will deliver:_**
- Project Coordinator/Admin responsibilities - arranging meetings, taking meeting minutes and action items, following up with various stakeholders, developing presentation materials and reports, managing the Project Management Office or the Transformation Management Office mailboxes, providing analytics, auditing data in Asana, supporting the Leads where necessary
- Support the planning and execution of the Asana implementation. This includes supporting the requirements, configuration and testing of Asana, maintaining the RAID log, planning and developing the Asana training and change management (i.e.creation of documents and facilitate training sessions)
- Website support - support the redesigning of the websites, gather content, testing, rollout, and communications
- Transformation support and Project Management Support - providing support to the Transformation Management Office or the Project Management Office

- Current student at a recognized Canadian University or College in IT, Business, Engineering, Design, or other technical faculty
- You are a critical thinker who is energized by new ideas and solutions
- You want to use your experience with CF to support innovative new technical solutions that will be useful across the organization
- You are able to understand technical issues to drive initiatives that reach our customers
