**Position Summary**

The Health and Safety Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HSE management systems, processes, goals and initiatives and KPI reporting. This position will report directly to Senior Management.
- **Successful applicants must live within 30kms of the Red Deer Head Office. All other applicants will be immediately rejected.**_

**Key Deliverables**:
1. Updating and keeping compliant; ISN, Complyworks, Avetta and Workhub.

2. Complete/Update HSE reports and summaries and communicate key information to Senior Managers.

3. Oversee training records, maintenance, and support of the HSE Management systems and programs.

**Core Competencies**:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in summarization, and reporting of statistics.
- Strong working knowledge of safety management systems and safe work practices, such as **Incident ** **Investigations** and **Hazard Assessments/Behavior Based Observations.**
- Some knowledge of HSE legislation and regulatory processes and principles is an asset.
- Strong Microsoft computer skills such as Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint along with strong writing skills.
- Team player, with the ability to work well with others.

- Supporting with shop and field administrative needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
