**Job Description**:
**RESPONSIBLITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Maintain various elements of the QMS to ensure compliance to global and local standards and requirements.
- Continually enhance our QMS effectiveness & efficiency (Internal company and ISO-9001), by managing various forms of Quality Management System (QMS) auditing and responding to assigned findings.
- Coordinator the QMS Program in a manufacturing plant and business unit including manage internal audit program, document review and update, to meet QMS requirement.
- Represent the manufacturing plant in External Audits including product certifications and customer audits.
- Contribute and Participate in Bi-annual management review meetings.
- Ensure tasks are conducted in accordance with applicable employment, environmental, health, safety, quality, and legislation and or regulations (federal, provincial, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, etc.), as well as Rockwell Automation values, ethics, policies, and procedures, 5S requirements and standards of business conduct.
- Supports Process Audit process planning, and execution as required.
- Creates an optimal work environment by establishing and maintaining positive and respectful work relationships.
- All other duties as required and assigned by supervision.

**SKILLS**:

- Demonstrated high proficiency of computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
- Exceptional Oral and written communication skills required for procedure writing and communication when dealing with all levels of the organization. The ability to provide clear, concise technical summaries to executives is critical.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with changing and/or intangible situations and the ability to negotiate and influence those through the transitions.
- Must possess the ability to implement solutions with limited supervision and achieve the defined company and departmental objectives and goals.
- Engage in and anticipate the activities necessary to meet the changing needs of the business, with the highest possible level of efficiency.
- Demonstrates understanding and supports company values, policies, and standards of business.

**EXPERIENCE** and EDUCATION**:

- Level 4: 5 Years Related Experience, High School Education/GED
- Experience of coordination and communication
- Have a technical diploma

**P**REREQUISITE**:

- Must have 5 years of Rockwell experience.
- Certified Internal Auditor of Rockwell
- Have more than 1 year experience managing QMS system

**Accepts Role Requirements**:

- Be able to go on other shifts as needed
- Must be able to lift 35lbs
- Meets the requirement of Safety, Attendance and Code of Conduct policies
- Consistently behaves in accordance with Rockwell Automation standards of ethics and integrity.
- Walk/stand for long periods of time
- Self-motivated, Frequent interactions with peers/management
- Strong Mechanical/Electrical aptitude
- Interact with business system computer software and machinery efficiently
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures or other instructions diligently
- Responsible for utilizing proper safety equipment and following all safety procedures.
