Sarens Canada is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator.

This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Country Manager. This position will be responsible for the following responsibilities and tasks (but not limited to);
**Main Tasks**
- Coordination of entire sales reporting activities at BU level
- Coordinating CRM & ERP regularly and ensure that all quotes, purchase orders/lost orders, visit reports, etc. are registered in the CRM & ERP and updated on time
- Provide support to KAMs in generating quotes & bids technically and commercially with due management approvals
- Provide supports to KAMs on quotes/bids follow up
- Preparing & updating various reports for the management meeting of BU (business unit), e.g., Management Review, Sales Review, etc.
- Coordinating & updating crane planning on day-to-day basis
- Coordinating & updating group/sales KPIs of BU and KAMs on day-to-day basis
- Coordinating & updating sales plan & other documents
- Establishing a smooth coordination between headquarters/regional office & BU, and group support teams & BU
- Whenever required provide or schedule trainings for KAMs in the BU
- Participating in monthly sales review meeting
- Managing the respective Business Unit page on SharePoint in consultation with the Country Manager/Regional Director
- Undertaking several requests and perform tasks related to data collection, data compiling, data analysis & report writing
- Other ad hoc duties / requirements to support the sales process

**SHEQ and Compliance**
- Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the Sarens’ SHEQ standards
- Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with Sarens’ SHEQ standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Must have strong organizational, writing, and verbal skills
- Experience with MS D365 CRM considered an asset
- Ability to work in high-pressure, time-constrained situations
- Adequate knowledge of cranes, special transport execution and equipment
- Able to read and understand technical documentation

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
