About the Role
This key position will work closely with our Sales Manager and team to sell a community of pre-sale multi-family homes. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless buyer experiences, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Accurately execute and distribute contracts of purchase and sale, ensuring all relevant addendums and documents are collected and maintained.
- Customer Service: Liaise with realtors and clients, serving as a main point of contact for purchasers and realtors, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Support: Assist Sales Manager and team as required, including providing sales presentations, coordinating with lawyers, and managing deposit funds.
- Marketing and Reporting: Liaise with the Marketing department, provide feedback on marketing programs, and assist with daily reports and tracking of sales and traffic activity.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the distribution of Disclosure Statements and Amendments, receive and log deposit funds, and maintain the daily cleanliness of the sales centre.
Requirements
- Education: Post-secondary education in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator role, with strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows, Office, and other applications.
