Sales Team Lead

Oberoi's Exclusive Sales Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Telemarketing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our telemarketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in the role.
- Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are easily accessible.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and guidance to staff to help them improve their performance.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
