**Résumé du poste**:
**Responsabilités principales**:

- Coordination des services : Planifier et envoyer les techniciens pour les appels de service à travers le Québec.
- Soutien à la clientèle : Gérer les demandes des clients par téléphone et par courriel en français et en anglais, fournir un soutien, des conseils de dépannage et des mises à jour sur l'état du service.
- Dispatching : Assigner les demandes de service des clients au technicien approprié selon ses compétences et sa localisation.
- Dépannage : Aider les clients avec les problèmes de base en utilisant vos connaissances techniques pour résoudre les problèmes ou les escalader si nécessaire.
- Suivi et documentation : Suivre les appels de service, les mises à jour et s'assurer que les dossiers des clients sont correctement maintenus dans nos systèmes.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Bilingue : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les clients par téléphone et par courriel dans les deux langues.
- Connaissances techniques : Expérience ou familiarité avec les équipements de restaurant, les appareils ou le dépannage technique (de préférence dans un environnement de réparation de restaurants ou d'appareils).
- Axé sur le client : Une passion pour offrir un service à la clientèle excellent et aider les clients à résoudre rapidement et professionnellement leurs problèmes.
- Résolution de problèmes : Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à dépanner et à réfléchir de manière critique sous pression.
- Compétences en communication : Communication claire et concise avec les clients et les membres internes de l'équipe.
- Gestion du temps : Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes de service et à coordonner les horaires des techniciens de manière efficace.
