Calgary, Canada My Gym Children's Fitness Center Full time

We are looking for an excited staff member to join our weekend party team Birthday parties run on Saturdays and Sundays. Shifts will vary depending on the length and number of parties booked. Shifts will be typically 7-8hrs long.

Our birthdays are booked full every month and are in high demand due to our very FUN and energetic staff, clean facility, high expectations of our staff to create lasting memories and the ability to connect with both kiddos and parents.

**Who are you?**
- Someone who is high-energy, loves to play, be silly, and thinks corn isn't cringe.
- A warm friend. A team player who follows through and always gives 100%.
- Reliable and communicative. Out kids will bond with you, so ghosts need not apply.

**Your skill set**:

- A genuine love for young children - from babies to elementary ages.
- Ability to work weekends and the odd Friday for our Parents' Night Out
- Commitment to train and take direction well/easy.
- Stage presence - if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not to be the right fit for you.
- Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do - it's how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy).
- Basic administrative duties
- Effective leadership and motivational skills.
- A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a huuuuuge plus
- Clean background check

**What's in it for you**:
Pay starts at$15 for training. Once fully trained (usually after 4-5 birthdays) the wage will go $16 per hour - Average trained team member who is helping with administrative duties earns $18 per hour. Plus tips on weekends (and no shortage of cake)
