Administrative Assistant, Underwriting

**OVERVIEW**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Various administrative tasks as requested by Account Managers, Assistant Client Service Manager, and Client Service Manager. This includes updating internal systems; internal requests; tracking deliverables; portfolio information management; filing; contact management; certificate requests.
- Support the Account Managers with event coordination/lists; preparing renewal supporting documents; and external client communications.
- Gather information (data) from various internal systems to facilitate the account renewal process for Account Managers.
- Ensure client requests are handled in the absence of the Account Managers.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**
College studies preferred
**Experience**
3+ years of office experience supporting a work group.
Insurance industry experience is considered a plus.
Skills and competencies
Strong written grammar in English. Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams knowledge. Organized, meticulous, self-sufficient, and proactive. Independent, but able to work in a team environment.
