Office Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES
Working knowledge of office software including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; QuickBooks, CRM
Manage phone lines and relay messages as necessary
Manage customer inquiries and requests, Respond to online chat over website
Quick ordering parts to distributor, keep track of delivery, schedule for pick up and dispatch techs for completion jobs. Dispatching of technician, schedule techs, review completed jobs, registering job and minimize travel time for technician.
Tracking and recording all steps of customers and vendors orders
Data entry: invoicing, accounting data entry, purchase orders and billing
Assist colleagues with various office duties
Assist staff with research and administrative help as requested including, but not limited to; word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, printing
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint and limited knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong customer service skills
Demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy and discretion
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and control general office functions
Ability to solve problems
Strong organizational and communicational skills.
Ability to handle customers and a busy phone line.
Must have an excellent command of the English language
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
