Warehouse Production Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including production, inventory control, order picking, and shipping/receiving
- Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
- Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain management is an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Experience with forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- computer literacy an asset
**Salary**: $23/hour during probationary period, with potential increase to $25-27/hour based on performance
