**JOB TITLE: IT Project Manager**
**LOCATION: Toronto, CA**

Speridian Technologies is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager, experienced in CRM, Software consulting or Software development projects. Experienced in Agile, Scrum or Extreme programming methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables.
- Lead project teams in the execution of plans, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
- Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Client Engagement:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring project objectives align with client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management:

- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement risk management plans to address potential obstacles and ensure project success.
- Budget and Resource Management:

- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Job Requirements**:

- 8+years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on leading complex projects.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and clients.
- Proven ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
