**Position Description**:
As a member of the Stores and Receiving team, you will provide supplies distribution service throughout the Hospital in a timely, efficient and orderly manner. As the Supply Cart Aide, you will also provide a high standard of safety and customer service to departments while being aware and responsive to the safety handling of all supplies and equipment.

**Shifts**: Weekdays-MON-FRI from 07:00-15:00 or 12:00-20:00. Weekends
- SAT-SUN from 08:00-16:00 or 12:00-20:00. Long weekends and Statutory Holidays: from 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00

Although this posting indicates an initial area of assignment and shift, the Hospital reserves the right to assign to other areas of assignment and shifts as deemed necessary.

**Here's What You'll Get To Do**
- Respond promptly to service requests.
- Perform all duties according to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
- Perform inventory counts on nursing carts for restocking.
- Replenish nursing unit supply carts.
- Perform supply order picking duties
- Follow all supply management procedures.
- Participate in cycle and physical inventory counts.
- Help maintain Main Stores in a clean and orderly manner.
- Maintain Nursing supply carts in a clean and orderly manner.
- Notify Supply Cart Coordinator of any supply discrepancies.
- Assists Stores and Receiving porters when necessary.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

**Here's What You'll Need**
- Minimum Education Required: (grade 12 or equivalent)
- Ability to work with numbers and familiar with supply replenishment processes.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
- Attention to accuracy and detail is required.
- Ability to communicate and work in a team setting and in a children's hospital environment.
- A commitment to understanding and aiding in the pursuit of equity, diversity & inclusion
