**General Description**

The DB Piping Group is three companies brought together to create the most integrated pipe, fitting and fabrication stainless steel solutions in the North American market. With facilities in Ontario, Maine and Florida we are strategically set up to service customers for all their piping product needs.

**Main Roles and Responsibilities**

Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations.

Establish estimates with detailed lists of materials prices and labor hours for fabrication
- Building and presenting quotes
- Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Be a solution provider to customers by determining their needs and develop/recommend. products or services and providing product quotes to customers.
- Generate a forecast by product type (commodity vs engineered) with customer analysis for units and margins.
- Attend group product training as required.
- Any other related task_

**Position Requirements**
- Technical diploma in an engineering field (mechanical, architectural)
- 3 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Ability in reading technical drawings ( Auto-Cad) and measurements
- High sense of urgency, well organized, ability to manage multiple tasks and able to prioritize effectively.
- Analytical thinker, team player, able to learn quickly.
- Effectively assess situations and make appropriate decisions in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. (French an asset)
