Port Coquitlam, Canada High Mark Plumbing Heating Cooling Drainage Electrical and Home Repairs Full time

The Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the Industrial Division.. This role will report to the Service Manager and will work closely with our clients to ensure that all aspects of their event are delivered in a professional manner.

Work hours Monday to Friday 8-4:30

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment including printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
- Ability to navigate through multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and focus.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
