Summary of Responsibilities
Sous la supervision du Gestionnaire, magasin et distribution, vous jouez un rôle dans la réception des marchandises et la distribution des achats au sein des différentes unités de soins/services de l’Hôpital Montfort. Vos responsabilités clés sont:

- Recevoir et vérifier toutes les marchandises livrées à l’Hôpital Montfort (produits/fournitures médicaux et non-médicaux, équipements médicaux et non-médicaux, meubles, etc.);
- S’assurer que toutes les marchandises inscrites au bon de livraison soient physiquement reçues/livrées à l’Hôpital Montfort;
- Consulter quotidiennement le rapport d’inventaire des différentes unités de soins au sein de l’Hôpital Montfort, et ce à l’aide du système informatisé. À l’aide de ce rapport, effectuer le réapprovisionnement des fournitures médicales et non-médicales au sein des différentes unités de soins en conséquence;
- Livrer les commandes de produits/fournitures médicaux et non-médicaux au sein des unités cliniques et différents services;
- Entreposer les fournitures d’inventaire à leurs endroits respectifs;
- Participer au contrôle d'inventaire annuel. Le contrôle d’inventaire est effectué à l’aide d’un décompte manuel de l’inventaire. Les données recueillies doivent correspondre aux données au sein du système informatique.

Profile and Experience
- Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou une équivalence reconnue par le Ministère de l’Éducation;
- Posséder un minimum de trois (3) mois d’expérience dans un poste jugé équivalent dans un service de réception et d’expédition des marchandises et dans l’utilisation d’un système de contrôle d'inventaire informatisé;
- Démontrer de bonnes connaissances des fournitures médicales et non-médicales;
- Maîtriser les deux langues officielles (français et anglais), à l’oral et à l’écrit, à un niveau fonctionnel.

Asset
- Posséder une expérience en milieu hospitalier;
- Connaissance des systèmes informatisés Meditech, Logi-D et Novas.
