**Quality Assurance Manager**

Quality Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance. QA Manager’s expertise will be crucial in achieving and maintaining ISO certification, demonstrating company’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant ISO standards. Your focus will be on maintaining and improving the quality of our products, processes, and services throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in ISO standards and certification processes, with a track record of successful ISO implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **ISO Compliance and Certification**: Lead the organization's efforts in obtaining and maintaining ISO certification by ensuring adherence to ISO standards and guidelines.
- **Quality Management System (QMS) Development**: Establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System that encompasses all aspects of manufacturing and aligns with ISO requirements.
- **Process Auditing and Improvement**: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and waste reduction.
- **Supplier Quality Management**: Collaborate with procurement to evaluate and monitor supplier quality, ensuring that materials and components meet our stringent standards.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards, integrating them seamlessly into our QMS.
- **Employee Training and Engagement**: Educate and empower employees at all levels to understand and adhere to quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Product Testing and Inspection**: Oversee product testing processes to verify compliance with specifications and to maintain the highest level of product quality.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks that may affect product quality or ISO compliance and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- **Continuous Improvement Initiatives**: Drive and support continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- **Department and Team Management**: Lead and manage the QA department, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
