Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Bilingual (French & English) **Talent Acquisition Specialist** will be responsible to find the best talents all across Canada in order to continue the growth of our business. The incumbent will drive a proactive recruitment process for all of our positions (operators, skilled trades, professionals) improve our presence on social media and participate in various HR/TA projects.

Job duties and **responsibilities**:

- Manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish;
- Conduct phone, virtual and in person interviews, complete background check and manage contract offers
- Develop, integrate and evaluate best recruitment strategies for our different positions;
- Develop and maintain internal clients relationship by delivering a high level of customer service experience
- Negotiate positions, company fit and needs with hiring managers
- Sale positions and company to passive job seekers;
- Partner and work in collaboration with the HR team regularly and on different projets
- Participate in the employee's integration and onboarding
- Promote employer branding through facebook, instagram, linkedin and in-person event;
- Other administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Bilingual (English and French)
- **3 to 5 years** of experience in Talent Acquisition;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company or related field (shop/warehouse roles);
- Ability to work with many positions and projets silmuteanously
- Client focused and service orientated, with demonstrated leadership and ability to
- establish and maintain relationships with;
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, thrives in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to travel to shop locations at times (Kitchener, Scarborough);
