We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist with enthusiasm who is eager to contribute to our success.

**Job Summary**:
The Trade Marketing Specialist will support the organization by executing in
- store and online marketing promotional campaigns as well as other initiatives like trade shows and events. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, communicate directly with accounts, oversee trade show planning and manage vendors.

This is primarily a remote position, but occasional visits may be required to our Toronto office and other partners in the Greater Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for key accounts. Work towards various deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain a structured flow between sales and marketing teams.
- Build strong vendor relationships while preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
- Plan and implement trade shows from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up and evaluation.
- Occasionally attend trade shows to support the set-up/tear-down process and to engage with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate trade marketing-related initiatives, including planning educational seminars, digital marketing campaigns, and other projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or sales role.
- Knowledge of natural health, including vitamins, supplements, and nutrition is an asset.
- Experience in developing campaigns in the retail environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, MailChimp and project management tools like Slack and Asana.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication abilities while acting as a reliable and collaborative team player.
- A valid drivers license is required.
