Our Product/IP team is quickly growing thanks to our success in the market, we are proud to be launching a brand-new product for Financial Planning / Financial Wellness. This will be a new product, based on the acquisition of a client solution.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Manage source of truth for all scope, timelines, and commitments to clients and client-teams (Client Implementation / Support / Account Teams). Owns the product’s overall quality vision.
- Set the quality standards for the team and product and influence future roadmap decisions
- Ensure the product is built and documented to the highest standards
- Provide consultative expertise on testing and quality aspects, including quality processes, matrix and tools
- Defines the product testing coverage and regression coverage
- Participate in the products incident triage activities
- Develop product exit reports and provides release sign-off
- Provide analytics and matrix with respect to quality, defects, incidents and others as well as monitor and track all QA activities
- Review release notes, and KI and own all Quality process improvements and initiatives

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Experience with Agile methodologies of product development, SAFe
- Experience with Selenium, Applitools, Postman, REST-assured
- Good understanding of SDLC within a product environment
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve production issues
- Knowledge or experience with Financial Services/Financial planning software delivery a plus
