**Assistant Manager (ASCM)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Excellence**: Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- ** Team Leadership**: Motivate and guide our skilled technicians to Adhere to company policy's while providing A + service
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Deliver top-notch service that keeps our clients coming back.
- ** Inventory Management**: Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and restocking.
- ** Quality Control**: Ensure repairs meet high standards and safety regulations.
- ** Sales Support**: Assist in promoting services and recommend Maintenance as per the OEM recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with auto repair processes and parts.
- ** Customer-Centric Attitude**: Passion for providing excellent service.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking.

**Weekly Hours Worked**: Full Time Role 40 to 45 Hours Weekly

**Pay Scale**:Hourly will start at $18.50. Pay will increase as benchmarks are made.
- Learn Super-pro procedures for top and bottom side.
- Learn and demonstrate how to use PPE.
- Open / Close the store
- Inventory control and ordering management.
- Complete online university. Demonstrate how to lead a team and coach employees to follow company policy's.
- This can all be done in the first 90 days. Once benchmarks are proven wage will increase hourly to $20+._
- Expect to be min $27 an hour including tips ,wage, and commission. _

**Bonus program**:Monthly manager bonus program based on performance. This is on days that you are managing the shop solo. 3% shops sales on top of personal commission.

**Experience Required**:Minimum 2 Year Shop Experience & Leadership Experience
