**Sales Representative**

DWC LOGISTICS is a Vancouver, BC-based company that provides a wide range of products and services to the automotive industry. **Position Summary**:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting potential new business by actively calling potential customers to set appointments to view their new merchandise. This position requires a highly competitive mindset, as it is essential that you achieve sales goals in a short period of time while maintaining customer relationships. This position also requires an ability to multitask, as you will be working both independently and as part of a team. The position requires travel to various customer locations within a region once or twice per week.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in sales/customer service
- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
- Must have the ability to work overtime as needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, etc.)
- Must have strong phone skills in order to achieve results
- Experience with CRM systems preferred

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Sales Representative will foster strong customer relationships with existing customers and contribute towards the sales growth.
- Develop and maintain LTL & FTL business throughout B.C and Alberta.
- Selling and setting up new accounts
- Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow share of business.
- Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to make contact with prospective, current and former customers.
- Create quotations and sales proposals for our company services.
- Collaborate with team on pricing decisions.

- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Leverage business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Be the point of contact for our customers by providing regular updates, responding to account inquiries, and addressing any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
