The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the internal & external sales teams to directly and indirectly drive revenue across all sales channels thereby ensuring that company revenue forecasts are set, met and beaten.

**Internal Management**
- Creation of the company wide sales strategy and be responsible for its on-time execution
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure that the sales & marketing strategies align allowing for the company's overall strategic objectives to be met
- Manage and coordinate the sales team’s workloads to ensure their responsibilities & targets are met
- Develop internal members of the sales team
- Recruit & train new members of staff to the sales department
- Lead weekly internal sales meeting
- Oversee the development of sales’ processes - continuously fine tuning them to increase efficiency and return
- Create and develop internal sales tools for reporting & tracking purposes
- Point of contact for new product development from the sales department
- Represent sales at all cross departmental leadership meetings
- Prepare sales forecasts across all channels and markets
- The creation and management of sales department budgets
- Set and own internal and external sales targets, communicating these to the respective stakeholders

**External Management**
- Lead the relationships with distributors & sales reps in both existing and new markets
- Identify and lead the pursuit of new & existing market growth opportunities
- Attend industry tradeshows to build relationships with sales reps & distributors and to grow the brand across the markets
- Lead sales briefings to external partners (reps & distributors)
- Report on the effectiveness and return of our external sales partners (reps & distributors)
- Identify and recruit new suitable external sales partners (reps & distributors)
- Lead negotiations to existing key accounts, and prospective national accounts
- Create licensing sales strategies and provide sales reports on the performance of licensed goods, sharing these with the parties who hold the license in a timely agreed upon manner
- Create and publish product sales programs, analyzing profitability to maximize gogglesoc profits whilst ensuring that we remain competitive against our competition and true to our premium brand statement
- Gather, digest and share feedback from our external partners & customers to strive towards continuous improvement and to identify trends

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
