We are looking for a friendly face to join our Front Desk team This is the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge of the hospitality industry.

**Rate**:$17.00+/hour

**Hours**: We are currently looking for a part-time, or full-time, member to join our team

**Shifts**:Must have flexible availability. Schedule may include morning, evening, overnight and mid-shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Previous hotel experience/customer service is required
- Previous supervisory experience is a definite asset.
- Class 4 driver's license, or willingness to obtain after 3-month probation.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, with good time management skills.
- Able to adapt to different situations, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible to our guests

**Duties**:

- Welcome guests to the hotel
- Ensure hotel policies and standards are being followed at all times.
- Create and modify reservations.
- Check guests in and out.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Assist with guest requests and questions.
- Resolve guest issues to the best of your ability.
- Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Communicate efficiently with all other hotel departments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and our services.
- Assist other departments as necessary.
- Maintain a cash float throughout your shift.
- Maintain a sanitary and tidy work station.
- Assist with sanitizing public/staff areas, as required.
