We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Bilingual Translator & Customer Service Representative (French/English)** to join our Head Office team. If you are passionate about the world of computers, electronics, and retail, this is an exciting opportunity for you to thrive in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Translation and Content Management**:

- Translate English texts into French, focusing on marketing, electronics, IT, and retail sectors.
- Maintain and update content on the French website, including banners, product descriptions, policies, and more.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers and editors to create customer-oriented advertising materials, such as promotions, posters, flyers, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and specifications in-store through translation.
- Translate and update various policies and corporate guarantees.
- Translate various documents for internal employees.
- Review and enhance existing documents.
- Complete the creation and translation of addenda and notices.
- Perform other related tasks as required.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by answering telephone inquiries and assisting customers effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in translation or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of translation experience, preferably in electronics/IT or advertising.
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Self-motivated with a high level of independence.
- Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsabilités:
Traduction et Gestion de Contenu:
Traduire des textes anglais en français, en mettant l'accent sur les secteurs du marketing, de l'électronique, de l'informatique et du commerce de détail.
Maintenir et mettre à jour le contenu sur le site Web en français, y compris les bannières, les descriptions de produits, les politiques, et plus encore.
Collaborer étroitement avec les graphistes et les éditeurs pour créer des supports publicitaires orientés client, tels que des promotions, des affiches, des dépliants, etc.
Veiller à l'exactitude des descriptions de produits et des spécifications en magasin grâce à la traduction.
Traduire et mettre à jour diverses politiques et garanties d'entreprise.
Traduire divers documents pour les employés internes.
Réviser et améliorer les documents existants.
Finaliser la création et la traduction d'addenda et de notices.
Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins.

Service Client:

- Fournir un excellent service client en répondant aux demandes téléphoniques et en aidant efficacement les clients.

Exigences:
Baccalauréat en traduction ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum de 1 an d'expérience en traduction, de préférence dans les secteurs de l'électronique/informatique ou de la publicité.
Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais, avec de solides compétences en communication orale et écrite.
Maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative, en particulier Adobe Illustrator et Adobe Photoshop.
Autonome avec un haut niveau d'indépendance.
Fortes compétences en écoute et en résolution de problèmes.
Capable de travailler dans des délais serrés avec un minimum de supervision.
