**Overview**
Richards Equipment Inc. is a company rich in history and tradition. We have been supporting the agricultural and construction industries of York Region and Simcoe County for over 50 years. Richards Equipment Inc. is an authorized New Holland, Mahindra and Cub Cadet dealership specializing in the sale and service of agricultural, compact tractor, light construction and lawn and garden equipment.
**Responsibilities**
- Efficiently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Utilize accounting software such HBS.
- Execute bank reconciliation tasks to ensure all transactions are accounted for accurately.
- Assist with answering the phone, responding to customer inquiries, filing and mail.
- Other duties as required.
**Skills**
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Experience in financial auditing, payroll management, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with various departments within the organization.

- 40 hours (8am to 12 noon, 1pm to 5pm)
**Experience**
- College Diploma (preferred)
- Accounting: 5 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)

Pay: $24.00-$27.50 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
