**Responsibilities Include**:

- Run Employees Payroll
- Taxes, HST, Source Deductions, WSIB, etc.
- Prepare tax returns for businesses and individuals
- Run Annual T4 Slips for all employees
- Post financial transactions to accounts and prepare financial statements
- Enter all expenses and prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information
- Reconcile monthly company's financial records to help ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Study financial trends to determine future business needs

**Qualifications**:

- Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks online
- Bookkeeper to communicate with other employees clearly and effectively
- The ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
- The ability to communicate complex financial data with other members
- Good data entry skills
- Familiarity with the general principles of accounting
- A strong understanding of math and numbers
- The ability to use various financial transactions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
