In addition, the Manager and their team will support the Associate Dean with their broader community engagement and development strategies and activities as necessary. With an emphasis on student success and retention, the Manager applies data and metrics in alignment with Faculty and broader University priorities to inform and guide their work and that of the team. The Manager will support the development of new services and programming, and the assessment and enhancement of existing programming, through an evidence-based and theoretically informed method of practice.
