Responsabilités principales :

  • Préparer, analyser et rendre compte des performances financières mensuelles, en fournissant des informations à la direction générale.
  • Analyser les ventes, les marges et les coûts d'exploitation dans les canaux de détail et de gros.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris les opérations et le marketing, pour suivre les budgets et les prévisions financières.
  • Aider à la préparation des budgets annuels et des prévisions trimestrielles.
  • Surveiller et analyser les flux de trésorerie, les niveaux de stocks et la rentabilité dans divers canaux.
  • Effectuer des modélisations financières et fournir des recommandations pour optimiser la performance financière.
  • Examiner et analyser les principaux indicateurs financiers, y compris la croissance des revenus, le contrôle des coûts et les dépenses en capital.
  • Soutenir la préparation et la révision des états financiers, en veillant à leur conformité avec les normes comptables.
  • Collaborer avec la direction pour identifier les tendances, les risques et les opportunités de croissance.
  • Assister dans le processus de clôture de fin de mois, en veillant à la ponctualité et à l'exactitude des rapports.
  • Fournir un soutien pendant le processus d'audit et garantir l'exactitude financière.
  • Maintenir des contrôles internes solides et garantir le respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe (dénomination CPA ou équivalent préférée).
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en analyse financière dans les secteurs du commerce de détail et de gros.
  • Solide compréhension des principes comptables, des rapports financiers et de la budgétisation.
  • Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et de la modélisation financière.
  • Expérience avec les systèmes ERP et les logiciels de reporting financier.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais tout en maintenant une grande attention aux détails.
  • Solides compétences en analyse, résolution de problèmes et communication.
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Approche proactive pour identifier les problèmes et fournir des solutions exploitables.
