**Position Description**
The Institute for Mental Health Policy Research (IMHPR) is seeking two (2) casual Research Analysts. Reporting to the Principal Investigator, the Research Analysts will support systematic review / meta-analysis projects focused on alcohol consumption as a risk factor for chronic diseases. Working as part of the research team, the successful applicants will conduct literature searches, data entry, data cleaning, as well as extracting and synthesizing relevant data. They will also create, test and maintain spreadsheets, including all data extraction and decision-process and draft manuscripts. They will be expected to use software packages (e.g., Excel, Stata, Covidence, and Endnote) and help in all aspects of the review process.

These positions require superior attention to detail, an ability to work independently, as well as excellent organizational skills. You will support a healthy workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable regulations. This position is located at 33 Ursula Franklin, but work can be done remotely.

**Qualifications**

**Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.**

**Please Note**: These two (2) casual positions are part of the OPSEU bargaining unit.

***Salary Range**: $25.03 - $33.38 per hour
