**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
- Educate athletes on swimming techniques, strategies, and safety practices.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Monitor athlete progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
- Organize and oversee swim meets, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other staff members regarding training schedules and athlete development.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and coaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate effectively.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and meet preparations.
- Experience in coaching or teaching swimming is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for sports education and youth development is essential.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
