**About Us**:
Richmond Hill Country Club is dedicated to providing a premier recreational experience for our members. We are excited to announce the recent addition of two brand new permanent pickleball courts, complementing our existing multipurpose courts. As we continue to grow our pickleball program, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pickleball Coach to lead our programming for both adults and juniors. In addition, this role will involve assisting with tennis coaching to support our club’s overall tennis activities.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pickleball Program Development**: Design and implement pickleball training programs for adults and juniors, ensuring a structured pathway for skill development and competitive play.
- **Instruction & Coaching**: Conduct individual and group pickleball lessons, clinics, and workshops. Provide personalized coaching to players of varying skill levels.
- **Event Management**: Organize and manage pickleball tournaments, social events, and other activities to enhance player engagement and community involvement.
- **Player Support**: Offer guidance and support to members, addressing their needs and helping them achieve their personal goals in pickleball.
- **Tennis Coaching**: Assist with tennis instruction as needed, contributing to the overall tennis program at the club.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other club staff and coaches to ensure seamless integration of pickleball and tennis programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience and success in coaching pickleball, with a solid understanding of the game and its techniques.
- Experience in tennis coaching is a plus, with a good grasp of tennis fundamentals and instructional techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages.
- Excellent organizational and event management skills.
- Certification from a recognized pickleball coaching organization is needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
