optima design.....Montreal based interior design firm working internationally, servicing clients in interior concepts/branding, architectural construction documents and rollout management.

prisma construction.....Montreal based general contractor with full time staff in every province across Canada. With a satellite office in Florida and Shanghai, we are capable of extending our general contractor services into the USA and China.

icm fabrication.....Montreal based architectural millwork shop with a satellite office in China allowing for larger rollout projects worldwide.

pmb metal.....produces metal products, specializing in custom metal display fixtures, custom furniture and various other metal products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and managing employee leave requests
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture and values
- Manage HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and talent development initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive role
- Knowledge of ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing best practices in HR operations
- Ability to collect and analyze data to drive decision-making processes
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
