Are you a morning person?

We are looking for a part-time staff who loves the early mornings and is ready to engage with our members.

**20 hours a week: Monday - Friday 5:15 am - 9:15 am (flexible with end time for students)**

Join our dynamic Membership Experience Team, where every day is different, and you will always be engaged with meaningful work

The YMCA of Saskatoon is seeking a community-oriented, team player to join our Membership Experience Department. This role is a part-time position that will be one of the first points of contact for those entering our facility. If you love working with people and making a difference in the community and to those around you, we want to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Provide sales, and tours and invite prospective members to join
- Provide program and membership information
- Strive to stay informed and up to date on all YMCA programs and services being offered
- Develop positive relationships with participants, peers, volunteers and parents
- Solve member concerns in a customer-oriented manner
- Serve each member, participant, potential member, volunteer and staff quick, friendly service when they are visiting the YMCA in person or when they call
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to internal human resource issues and membership
- Work effectively with all departments to ensure excellent communication regarding programs and services
- Support and work as part of a team to ensure excellent service to both customers and fellow employees
- Respond to all concerns in a positive and supportive manner
- Maintain a neat, clean, safe and organized area
- Be responsible for the security of cash and to balance receipts and floats
- Any other assigned duties to Member services staff and area

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Strong Computer and administrative skills
- Clear police record check
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Conflict management skills
- CPR & First Aid an asset

Availability

This is a part-time position; early mornings.
