We are looking for highly qualified warehouse coordinators to monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise in and out of the warehouse.

**Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate incoming purchase orders for inventory.
- Communicate with vendors for all matters concerning quotations, ongoing business, and new purchase orders.
- Actively procure new components, seeking out new vendors as needed.
- Optimize purchase orders to bring in components meeting the best balance of price, quality and lead time.
- Work with accounting department to maintain accurate fiscal reports on inventory value.
- Verify purchased components meet the requirements and are included in work orders generated by company bills of material.
- Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements.
- Update and maintain inventory database.
- Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts.
- Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant department(s).
- Coordinate the purchase of new inventory.
- Provide regular inventory reports to management.
- Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received.
- Process product returns, claims, and keep track of warranty products to vendors.
- Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards.

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma
- Inventory control experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry is considered an asset
