**Position Summary**:
Communication is key in this role, as you'll be the liaison between our organization and our partners. **Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation, plus three years office experience; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite as well as demonstrated proficiency with database management
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to accurately carry out complex instructions
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and stay calm under pressure and deal with sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to establish work priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines while working with frequent interruptions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships using effective conflict resolution skills
- Models respectful and inclusive workplace behaviours, and demonstrates a commitment to meaningful outcomes in diversity, equity, and Indigenization.
- Physical ability to move boxes (up to 25 lbs).

***What JIBC Offers**:
We offer a total compensation package that includes Extended Health and Dental Benefits, and enrollment in the Municipal Pension Plan after six months. In addition, we offer 15 vacation days annually (pro-rated in first year), as well as other generous leave entitlements.

**Salary Range**:
$49,054.95 to $55,522.53 per annum (BCGEU Pay Grid 11)
