Burlington, Canada Pioneer Distribution Full time

This position will begin immediately, Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting position
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting practices and principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Data entry skills
- Experience in Microsoft Navision considered an asset

**Responsibilities**
- Full cycle accounting (Bank Rec’s, Accruals, Prepaids, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, etc.)
- Accounts Payable processing
- Daily Sales Report Processing
- Balance Sheet reconciliations, including sub-ledger to GL recs
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of General Ledger for accountable entities is always maintained
- Calculate and prepare cheques
- Keep cashflow up to date and accurate.
- Ad-hoc reports and projects
