Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Assistant. We are looking for the that right individual who is passionate about baseball and enjoys the game of baseball first and foremost. As a Program Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our organization. This is a dynamic position that requires strong administrative skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and events
- Recruit participants for programs through various channels
- Educate participants on program details and requirements
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining program records
- Supervise program activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies for program promotion
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist in project management tasks including budgeting, timeline management, and reporting

Qualifications:

- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with participants and stakeholders
- Strong recruiting abilities to attract qualified individuals to participate in programs
- Ability to educate participants on program details and requirements in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate program participants
- Experience in marketing or promoting programs is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to supervise program activities and ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations
- Project management experience is a plus
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $16.19-$24.69 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
