**Tech Lead / Responsable Technique**

MySeat Media Inc. is an exciting tech venture operating within the vibrant realm of music and entertainment. We are at the forefront of crafting the next-generation platform, enabling artists to flourish, engage, and capitalize on their community. As we embark on a phase of rapid expansion, there's remarkable interest in our innovative mobile commerce framework. This framework empowers artists to establish fresh revenue streams by directly offering their fans exclusive offers and experiences through personalized apps.

Our clientele extends beyond individual artists and encompasses record labels, agencies, associations, and festivals that bring together a diverse array of represented talents within their own collective app.

As a tech lead, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the software development at MySeat. You will play a critical role in planning, architecting, and implementing the roadmap for a modern and innovative fan engagement platform used by hundreds of thousands of users.

**You’re ready to jump in the play**
- Passion for product development and creating something new and innovative features
- Collaborate with product management, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth development process
- Establish project specifications and technical direction
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Overseeing software quality and system modifications
- A hands-on developer who will contribute directly to the code of different projects, specifically in Python and Swift
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in Web API and mobile development (Python, Swift. Kotlin a nice to have)
- Experience in architecting a software project with modern design patterns and tooling
- Strong knowledge of the AWS ecosystem
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architecture
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in computer science
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Photoshop

**You have these abilities**
- Experience managing internal and/or outsourced developers
- Language: Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Spoken and written French desirable
- Organized multitasker who works well with deadlines
- Ability to learn new technologies and paradigms rapidly
- Excellent communication skills

**Compensation**

Salary commensurate with experience plus bonus based on established objectives and performance for the company and personal. You will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) after one year of employment.
