Jr. Acc’t Manager/Sales Support Co-ordinator

About Caulfield Apparel

Duties
- Manage NuOrder site for all brands, liaising with reps, customers, etc.
- Work with VP of Sales to research and contact potential new accounts in Canada and the U.S.
- Set-up and manage trade show booths
- Creatively problem solve to improve current customer relationships
- Update and distribute weekly ATS lists to reps and customers
- Liaise with customer service to review potential order issues and relay information to customers
- Monitor and troubleshoot orders to ensure shipments are maximized
- Communicate with customers regarding order issues (ie. Extensions, shortages, etc.)
- Work with Merchandising team to set up showroom and prepare for customer meetings
- Work with Merchandising team and VP of Sales on ideas for new programs, as well as additions to current brands/categories
- Work with Merchandising team to send out samples to reps and potential/current customers
- Manage the company website, including refreshing the home page, creating new product images, manage online inquiries, etc.
- Manage the company Instagram pages, including image+caption, engaging followers, replying to comments, etc.

- Strong Excel based analytical skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
- Strong demonstration and product knowledge skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a strong team environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Self-starter

**Requirements**:

- Full time position
- Office based role (Oakville)
- Automobile is required, as this role will likely include traveling to see customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
